2 Worlds - Rohullah Kazimi and Matti Wustmann

Since 2 semesters Matti Wustmann (sieben / barner 16) and Rohullah Kazimi (Die Schlumper / alsterstern) are studying at the HKS Ottersberg as guest auditors in the course Freie bildende Kunst. The 2 artists are also engaged in 2 different branches of alsterarbeit. Within the scope of the research project Kunst und Inklusion their studies are a pilot project which tests new inclusive teaching models. Their works will be exhibited from the 6th to the 27th of May, 2017 in the level one.

The opening of 2 Welten will be on the 5th of May, 2017 from 7 p.m. on at level one, the showroom of the the HKS in Hamburg (Germany).

Jetzt bestimme ich!

The 4th childrens play by Meine Damen und Herren is a co-operation with the children's theatre group Traummaschine Inc.
Jetzt bestimme ich! takes the story known from the picture book by July Zeh and Dunia Schnabel onto the stage. Before the performance the spectators can cross a course. The subject of this family stage play is self-, co- and heteronomy in the family, other collectives and in regard to disabled and non-disabled people.
This events take place on the 20th and 21st of May, 2017, at Kampnagel in Hamburg, Germany. From the 16th to the 18th of May, 2017, there are special performances for school groups.


Station 17 at the Action Week 2017 in Leipzig (GER)

Station 17 appears in the UT Connewitz, Leipzig (Germany) within the scope of the Action Week for the Equality of Persons with Disabilities. The gig is on Friday, the 12th of May, 2017. The admittance begins at 7:30 pm. The band will play their well known songs and some new ones. In Spring of 2018 a new album will be released.


"Measures by watering can or pipette?"

On the 11th of May, 2017, the barner 16 is present with an information stand at the actual training program of the Integrationsamt Hamburg and annual meeting of the ARGE der Vertrauenspersonen in der Hamburger Wirtschaft. The female band Stille Vann will mellow this event.


Sounddrops: Advancement award InTakt

The advancement award InTakt 2017 by the miriam-stiftung goes to Sounddrops // Popchor der barner 16. Because the choir shows in the collaboration of a demanding amateur choir with a sheltered artistic workshop a flawless sound experience with a stylistically varied program. A choral pleasure of the highest quality. The award presentation ceremony is within the symposium Chor inklusiv on the 6th of May, 2017 in Dortmund (Germany). The Sounddrops will play a gig and do a Workshop on this occasion.
